Mr. Frank Liang has over 13 years of experience in the fields of research and development in fine chemicals, switchgear, transformers as well as plastics industries.

 Mr. Liang deeply understands the culture and business worlds of the U.S. and China, he has very solid experience, knowledge, and extensive business connections in fine chemical field in China. His strong background and business connections have successfully assisted and greatly benefited Rohm & Haas, ABB, Areva as well as other foreign companies in developing business opportunities in China.

Mr. Liang has worked at the Business Incubator for Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in NC, U.S.A. During that time, he successfully assisted many local American companies to search and set up business partnership and connections with Chinese companies.

Mr. Liang earned his MBA marketing management degree in Shanghai Fu Dan University, one of the most prestigious universities in China and his Bachelor degree major in chemical from Yantai University.

 Mr. Liang is fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.

Mr. Paul Ma has over 30 years experience in consulting business for companies from China, Hong Kong, Europe and U.S.A. He is great resource to navigate the Chinese business environment, legal system, governmental agencies and local industries. He provides clients with outstanding “on the ground” support for their business activities in China.

Mr. Ma has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of areas, including Chinese government relations, business development, sales and marketing, identification of business partners, subcontractors and distributors, manufacturing setup.

Mr. Ma is especially knowledgeable in energy and environmental industries, including fuel gas de-sulphurization for coal fired power plants, water and solid waste treatment plants, intermediate chemicals and recycling processes for aluminum and lead.

Mr. Ma has worked closely with heavy industries, particularly with power plants and waste treatment facilities and is currently the exclusive agent in China for several European engineering service companies.  He has conducted service agreements, manufacturing licenses and know-how transfer agreements on their behalf.

Mr. Ma is fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese).
