We have three type of offers:

Contract
	We provide top talent to fill your contract or temporary IT needs, whether you need them for a few weeks or a year (or more). Once we’ve placed someone at your site, we take care of all of their needs for as long as they are with you.
Contract-to-Permanent
	Sometimes when you hire our talent as contractor, but this person ends up working out so well in your company that you want to add him or her to your team permanently. We give you that option. And we’ll even waive the hiring fee after a 6-month contract.   Direct Placement We provide direct-hire service for your permanent position needs. We use a contingency model. You do not pay us unless we fill the position for you. To make sure you are 100% satisfied, we stay with you after our talent is placed for 90 days.
